  • WHO WE ARE

    • We are an ecumenical Coalition of Christian Healthcare Networks and Medical Colleges, working towards Health for All in India.

    • We are a registered society under the Societies Registration Act.

    • We are the second largest health providers in the country after the government of India with over 70000, inpatient beds and 3500 clinical establishments, from primary level to tertiary level hosptials. We have a significant presence of healthcare institutions in rural India accounting for over 16000 inpatient beds.

  • WHAT WE DO

    • We work “towards health” for all.  We work in particular with ecumenical partners who work especially with resource poor people of India living in remote and difficult to reach areas of the country , who have little or hardly any access to healthcare in the places where they live.

    • We work on governance and policy issues that affect the delivery of healthcare to the remote and difficult to reach areas, to resource poor people in the country.

    • We advocate for universal health care for in India. 

    • We hold consultations, seminars and provide legal and expert advice on statutory and regulatory matters.

    • We publish a newsletter and reports on the activities of CCH.

    • We work to bring our members together to be a voice for those who require, rational, affordable, compassionate care.

  • HOW WE WORK

    • We work with our members by studying health and related policy that affect access to rational affordable healthcare, through dialogue, debate and consensus to influence the healthcare policy of this country.

    • We are the united voice, of Christian health networks and health institutions. We work to be heard as the voice of the resource poor people of India.

    • We work to engage with policy makers to advocate for our vision by proactively participating on health, health care and health related training and standards of care.

 

  • WHERE WE WORK

    • At present we work in the  states of, Karnataka, Tamil  Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana, Maharasthra , Madya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Assam and the North East States and Bihar.
